stuff about chewing!

Saliva Inhibits HIV (p.59)

Saliva contains substances that pervent the AIDS virus from infecting white-blood cells. In a study, dental researchers tested saliva from three healthy men, 35, 40, and 42 years old. Tests indicated the men were not carriers of the AIDS virus and were not known to be at high risk for infection. In laboratory dishes, the men's saliva prevented the AIDS virus from infecting lymphocytes, a type of white blood cell that is among the immune system cells attacked by the AIDS virus in the body.

The researchers said the finding might help explain why no cases have been documented in which the AIDS virus was transmitted from person to person through asliva such as through kissing or sharing toothbrushes. The scientsts concluded that saliva is wel known to contain substances that kill bacteria and funguses and so might also be able to block the AIDS virus.

Chewing and Cancer Risk:
An Indian cancer researcher concluded that thorough chewing lowered the risk of cancer. "The proper chewing of meals ensuring that mucous-rich saliva mixed with the food seemed to be protective factors." Cancer also appeared to be more prevalent in south Indian where white rice and considerably more fat, oil and spices are used in cooking than in north India where whole-grain chapatis and thick dahl made with lentils are the staple."

caffeine-truth!

"Caffeine (p.45)

Caffeine, the active ingredient in coffee, tea, soft drinks, cocoa, chocolate, and 2000 nonprescription drugs, is the world's most consumed drug. 80% of adults in the U.S. consume it daily in one form or another. Flobally, tea is the worlds most popular beverage, followed by coffee and soft drinks. One cup of tea contains about half as much caffeine as a cup of coffee. A 12- oz. can of coke or pepsi contains about as much caffeine as a cup of tea or half a cup of coffee.

Multiple Effects of Caffeine:
...Metabolically, it takes the liver about 5 hours to break down half a given amount of caffeine. Absorbed quickly in the intestine, caffeine crosses all CELL MEMBRANES and is rapidly diffused into the saliva, semen breast milk and amniotic fluid. Caffeine revs up the brain, stimulating mental focus, productivity, and physical performance.
HOWEVER, in large amounts, caffeine produces the opposite effect, inhibiting neuron firing and acting as a depressant. Caffeine causes the heart to beat more rapidly, constricts some blood vessels and dilates others, and stimulates some muscles to contract and others to expand. Caffeine can curb the appetite, cause weight loss and serve as a laxative. It increases urine production and can stress the kidneys.
While caffeine RELEASES fat stored in cells, "caffeine may actually make it harder to eat a balanced, healthy diet." In medical studies, it is associated with increased binge eating, PMS, and possible birth defects and impaired development of children.
Decaf, meanwhile, is weakly linked with raising cholesterol, and he solvent processing method, using strong chemicals like methylene chloride or ethyl acetate, may pose risks though it has been approved by the FDA.
Habitual coffee drinkers commonly suffer from withdrawal symptoms, including tiredness, irritability, and grogginess in the morning before they have their first cup of coffee. Caffeine dependence, withdrawal, and addiction were not recognized until recently.
In writing his book, Braun concludes that he has become more conscious of caffeine's strong, potentially harmful effects. While he still drinks coffee, he is more mindful and takes periodic "caffeine holidays" of one or two weeks at a time."

for the love of broccoli

"Broccoli (p.43)

As a cruciferous vegetable, the protective effects  against heart disease and cancer have been well documented. In traditional Oriental medicine, broccoli is especially good for the lungs and large intestine.

Broccoli Reduces Cancer Risk:
In a review of seven cohort studies and 87 case-control studies around the world, researchers in the Netherlands reported that 67% of the studies found that the consumption of broccoli, cabbage, cauliflower lowered the risk of lung cancer, stomach cancer, colon cancer and rectal cancer.

Anticancer Nutrient Identified:
Scientists at Johns Hopkins University School of Medicine reported that they had identified the ingredient  in broccoli that worked as a powerful anticancer compound in laboratory experiments. The chemical, sulforaphane, boosts the production of an important enzyme known to neutralize carcinogens before the trigger tumor growth. In addition to broccoli, sulforaphane is found in bok choy, ginger, scallions, and other vegetables.
In subsequent experiments, the Johns Hopkins scientists reported that broccoli inhibited induced breast cancer in animal tests. They particularly recommended saga broccoli, grown organically in Maine for the experiments."

Brocc it up!!

distilled water truths

The Truth About Distilled Water:
The below excerpt is from http://rootsofhealthyliving.com/drinking-distilled-water-the-clear-truth/

"Water is the spring of life. We can survive without food for a relatively long time but only a short time without water. It is essential to every part of our health and well being.
Sometimes I wonder what our grandparents would think if they could look around and see us spend our hard earned money on water in a bottle. Why do we do that? Do we think it’s not healthy to drink tap water? Is it just the convenience? Is it because we intrinsically know that water should be clean and free of chemicals? How do we know if there is a difference in the water we purchase? There is spring water, purified water; water with added minerals for taste, and yes even distilled water.
By reading this article you will learn what distilled water is and why so many are turning to it. You will begin to discover the health benefits of distilled water. In this article we will discuss problems with mineral accumulation in the body and the diseases related to it, and how drinking distilled water can help. We will also address how distilled water is an “empty” or “thirsty” water, what this means and why it is important to our health. Finally, we will tackle how much water is really necessary to drink each day.

There are over 700 potentially harmful minerals and chemicals found in our drinking water. Distilling our water removes ALL of them. Distilled Water is the process of heating water and capturing the steam. The steam is than collected back into a container becoming distilled water. This process leaves all other minerals and chemicals behind creating a product that truly is pure water. This steam is simply hydrogen and oxygen or in other words, water and nothing but water.

It is important to consider that our understanding of minerals is incorrect. There is mounting evidence that clearly shows our bodies CAN NOT assimilate inorganic minerals. In fact, the opposite is true. We break them down into small enough particles so our bodies can take them in, but they can’t effectively use them. What happens? Those minerals accumulate in our bodies, building up over time. Think of corrosion on pipes. We are no different. Calcium deposits line our arteries, we develop bone spurs, arthritis can develop where minerals and other toxins have settled on the joints and on and on and on. It is true that we need minerals in our diet. However, we are organic beings and need organic minerals. Minerals found in plant food have been changed from inorganic to organic and are readily assimilated and used by the body. For example, one glass of fresh squeezed orange juice has more usable minerals in it than 30 gallons of water!

Yes! Switching to distilled water will help keep those inorganic minerals from entering the body. That is a huge step toward health, but what about those minerals already there? There is another beautiful truth about distilled water. Because distilled water is nothing but water it is naturally empty or thirsty. It actually pulls into it the properties it comes in contact with. For example, it has been proven that using distilled water when making herbal tea is 30 percent more effective at drawing out the medicinal properties of the herbs than regular tap water. Thirty percent! That is a huge difference. By operating on those same principles, drinking distilled water will draw out those inorganic mineral accumulations in the body, providing relief from pain and improved health over time.

Most Americans walk around chronically dehydrated and don’t even realize it. A good rule of them is to drink your weight in ounces. For an average person, weighing about 130 pounds, a gallon of distilled water a day is not too outrageous. Distilled Water can be purchased very inexpensively at your local grocery store. Many water bottle delivery companies are beginning to offer distilled water as an option. Small counter top distillers are also available online and work really well.
To summarize, chronic dehydration is an epidemic in the United States. Not getting enough water to drink can cause a host of health problems. We can use the empty properties of distilled water to draw out the medicinal properties of herbal tea as well as draw out accumulations of inorganic minerals and other toxins that build up in our body. There are promising studies in regards to Distilled Water and Alzheimer’s, Arthritis, and Heart Disease. Many find water relieves headache pain, helps keep them regular, can help hydrate and soften skin, and helps flush out the lymph system carrying toxins out of the body and can even help with weight loss. So only one question remains…How much water have you had to drink today?"
Gets your thinking, doesn't it?

If you find you're not feeling so hydrated, try a glass of distilled water. I guarantee you will start feeling better pretty quickly!!

about breastfeeding

from this book!

a note:: i'm not a mama, but i have one. nonetheless, i found this tidbit interesting...

Breastfeeding lowers Lymphoma Risk::

Breast feeding can reduce the risk of certain cancers for both mother and child. Researchers from the National Institute of Child Health and Human Development in Bethesda, Md. found that infants breast fed for less than 6 months had approximately twice the risk of getting some childhood cancers by age 15 as those breast fed for longer than 6 months. They also had 5 times the risk of getting lymphoma.

"Mothers milk contains substantial antimicrobial benefits for infants, increasing their resistance to many infections and possibly protecting them from many diseases, including lymphomas." Researchers reported.

The book also states that breast feeding promotes mental development, lowers breast cancer risk for the mother, the children are smarter, and less of a chance of getting ADD or ADHD.

cool.

you go, mama's!

Love your Lymph

(yep, me in the pink, moving my lymph during our last cruise!)

The below article is from here

Want vibrant health? Many practitioners recommend cleansing, an age-old practice used in holistic medicine. When you mention cleansing to most people, they typically think of eliminating toxins from the liver and intestines, which is indeed a valuable health practice. But there is an equally important, and much-overlooked, system in the body that keeps us feeling great — the lymphatic system. Whether you’re suffering from aches and pains, swelling, inflammation, fatty deposits or bloating, cleansing the lymphatic system once or twice a year often can be the difference between great health and poor health.
The lymphatic system (or lymph system, as it is commonly called) is a complex network of fluid-filled nodes, vessels, ducts and glands — including the spleen, thymus and tonsils — that bathe our cells and carry our body’s “sewage” away from the tissues and neutralize it. These elements of the lymph system work together to carry cellular waste to the bloodstream. The lymph system handles toxins that enter the body through external sources, such as foods or air pollution, but also handles internally produced toxins (endotoxins) that are the result of normal metabolic processes in the body.
Learn About Lymph
A study by Elisabeth Dancey, M.D., author of The Cellulite Solution (St. Martin’s Press, 1997), found that women with cellulite showed lymphatic system deficiencies. Another study found that 80 percent of overweight women have sluggish lymphatic systems and that getting this system flowing smoothly is the key to easy weight loss and improved feelings of well-being.
If the lymph system is inefficient, you may see fatty deposits or cellulite or experience aches and pains. Conversely, if you improve the cleansing ability of the lymph system, it will be able to “sweep” away the toxins that are linked to pain, cellulite, fatty deposits and some autoimmune disorders.
A healthy lymphatic system also helps purify the blood through the largest mass of lymph tissue in the body, the spleen. The spleen fights infection and destroys worn-out red blood cells in the body. By cleansing your lymphatic system, your spleen will be better able to handle the retired red blood cells.
Eat Well for a Clean Lymph System
Foods can either help or hinder the flow of lymph in the body. To cleanse the lymphatic system, avoid “chemical foods” that contain artificial preservatives, flavors, colors and stabilizers — most prepared, packaged and fast foods. The further away from the natural, whole fruit, vegetable, grain or bean that a food has moved, the more likely it is to clog your lymphatic system.
Avoid foods that are difficult to digest, including fatty foods, excessive animal protein, simple sugars and simple carbohydrates. Sweet foods and the “whites,” which include white rice, white bread, white pasta and any white-flour products, require enormous amounts of energy to handle the resulting rapid blood-sugar fluctuations. This energy is better served to cleanse your lymph system.

Drink plenty of water. Without adequate water, lymph fluid cannot flow properly. If you drink inadequate amounts of water daily, your lymphatic system will slow down.
The enzymes and acids in raw fruit are powerful lymph cleansers, particularly when eaten on an empty stomach. Add more raw fruits, vegetables, salads and fresh juices to your diet and your lymph will have the tools it needs to do some serious deep cleansing.
Flavonoids, malic acid, citric acid, quinic acid and enzymes in cranberries and cranberry juice help emulsify stubborn fat in the lymphatic system. Be sure to drink only pure, unsweetened cranberry juice free of sweeteners — pasteurized bottled cranberry juice doesn’t have the same benefits. Dilute the juice at a ratio of about 4:1, water to cranberry juice. If you prefer a less tart juice, dilute 1 part unsweetened cranberry juice with 2 parts pure apple juice and 2 parts water. Make sure you use only pure apple juice devoid of sweeteners or preservatives.
Eat plenty of green vegetables to provide chlorophyll (the green color in plants) and loads of vitamins and minerals to assist in lymph cleansing.
Foods high in essential fatty acids are critical to ensure a properly functioning lymph system. Some of these foods include flaxseeds and cold-pressed flax oil; fresh, raw nuts and seeds like walnuts, almonds, hazelnuts, sunflower seeds and pumpkin seeds; avocados; and cold-pressed oils, such as walnut and pumpkin seed. Be sure to purchase fresh, raw nuts and seeds from the refrigerated section of your local health-food or grocery store. The essential fatty acids found in nuts and seeds go rancid easily.

Try These Herbs for Deep Cleansing
The following six herbs are my top picks for cleansing the lymphatic system. They can be taken alone or in a combination of two or more herbs in a tea or tincture, for about three weeks at a time.
Echinacea (Echinacea spp.). Not only a powerful immune-boosting herb, echinacea combines well with astragalus to lessen congestion and swelling in the lymphatic system. Make a decoction using 2 teaspoons of dried echinacea per cup of water. Bring to a boil, and simmer for 15 minutes. Drink 1 cup, three times a day. Or take 1 teaspoon of tincture three times daily.
Astragalus (Astragalus membranaceus). The Chinese have been using astragalus, which they refer to as huang qi, for more than 2,000 years. “Huang qi” means “life-force strengthener.” In addition to strengthening the life force, astragalus is an excellent lymphatic system cleanser. Alongside echinacea, it alleviates congestion and swelling in the body. Astragalus is primarily available as a tincture, or in capsule or tablet form. Because potency can vary greatly with this herb, it is best to follow the package directions for the optimum dose.
Cleavers (Galium aparine). Known primarily as a blood and urinary tract cleanser, cleavers also enhances the function of the lymphatic system and decreases congestion and inflammation in the tissues. This herb improves the capacity of the lymphatic system to deal with toxins and combines well with pokeroot (see below). For cleavers tea, use 2 to 3 teaspoons of the dried herb (stems and small leaves) per cup of water. Drink 1 cup three times daily. Alternatively, use 1/2 to 1 teaspoon of tincture three times daily. Avoid using cleavers if you suffer from diabetes or have diabetic tendencies.
Goldenseal (Hydrastis canadensis). In addition to having anti-inflammatory properties, goldenseal encourages lymphatic cleansing. Use 1/2 to 1 teaspoon of dried herb per cup for an infusion. Drink 3 cups daily or take 1/2 to 1 teaspoon of tincture three times a day.
Pokeroot (Phytolacca americana). Pokeroot is a useful herb for improving the flow of lymph. It works well with immune- and lymph-related conditions, such as adenitis, tonsillitis, laryngitis, swollen glands, mumps, mastitis and fibrocystic breast disease. Take 1/3 teaspoon of the dried root per cup of water and simmer on the stove for 15 minutes to make a decoction. Alternatively, take 1/8 to 1/4 teaspoon of the tincture, three times a day. Do not increase the dose — the herb has powerful laxative effects that can be harmful in larger doses.
Caution: Pokeroot can be toxic. The herb should be used only under the supervision of an expert qualified in the appropriate use of this herb. Pokeroot should not be used by pregnant and breastfeeding women or in people who have lymphocytic leukemia or gastrointestinal irritation.

Wild indigo root (Baptisia tinctoria). Wild indigo helps destroy damaging microbes in the body and cleans up the lymphatic system, improves lymph flow and reduces swelling in lymph glands. For a powerful herbal cleanser, combine wild indigo root with cleavers and pokeroot. You can take it as a decoction using 1/3 teaspoon of the dried root per cup of water. Simmer 15 minutes and drink 1 cup three times a day. Or take 1/4 to 1/2 teaspoon of tincture three times daily. Do not use wild indigo if you’re pregnant or nursing.
MOVE YOUR BODY: EXERCISE IS VITAL
There is three times more lymph fluid in the body than blood, yet the body has no organ like the heart to pump lymph. That means lymph relies on deep breathing and exercise to move. While cleansing the lymphatic system, be sure to increase aerobic exercise — try brisk walking, rebounding on a mini trampoline or jogging. Also, it’s important to take time to practice deep-breathing exer- cises to help pump the lymph with fresh oxygen.
Thoroughly cleansing the lymphatic system is the key to long- term and efficient weight loss and great health. It is also the key to experiencing great health and living without pain.

antibiotics

"In recent years, research has shows that antibiotics can interfere with the production of red blood cells, the metabolism of vitamin B-12, and kill benign or beneficial bacteria in the intestines that synthesize vitamin K, biotin, riboflavin, panthothenate, and pyridozine. These nutrients are all associated with proper immune function and protection against disease. Side-effects associated with antibiotic use and misuse include diarrhea, rashes, fever, allergic reactions, hemolytic anemia, bleeding, bone marrow toxicity, and disorders of the kidneys, liver, and central nervous system. The rapid spread of candida albicans and other acute infections has been associated with chronic antibiotic use that has disrupted the normal homeostasis in the digestive system and enabled the selection of pathogenic strains of yeast, fungi, bacilli, and other microorganisms."

UM, DUH.

Try helping your immune system and eat natural food and see what happens before you turn to ridiculous antibiotics.

Prescriptions are what doctors have been trained to give you and they will never to get to the root of your problem.

new book info!

from this book, page 20--

Was HIV Genetically Engineered?

Investigating the possibility that AIDS< Ebola, and other new diseases are the result of biological weapons experiments, Dr. Leonard G. Horowitz, a dentist and medical researcher who has served on the faculties of Harvard and Tufts universities, researched the US biological warfare program at Fort Detrick, Maryland, which received a $10 million authorization in the early 1970s to develop a genetically altered retrovirus that would destroy the human system as part of the "Special Virus Cancer Program".

He quotes Dr. MacArthur, deputy director of the U.S. Department of Defense, who stated in classified Congressional testimony in 1970: "Within the next 5 to 10 years, t would probably be possible to make a new infective microorganism which could differ in certain important aspects from any known disease-causing organisms. Most important of these is that it might be refractory to the immunological and therapeutic processes upon which we depend to maintain our relative freedom from infectious disease."

The secret biological warfare program was overseen by Dr. Henry Kissinger, National Security Advise and later Secretary of State in the Nixon and Ford administrations carried out by the National Cancer Institute, Merck, Sharp and Dohme, the world's largest pharmaceutical company, and Litton Bionetics, the nation's largest bioweapons contactor; and involved Dr. Robert Gallo, the cancer virus researcher who went on to become the co-discoverer of HIV over a decade later.

Clandestine reseach, Horowitz theorizes, date back even further. In 1967, a lethal virus broke out in Germany and Yugoslavia among vaccine researchers. The epidemic, known as Marburg disease, was attributed to infected monkeys that had been brought to Europe from Africa. Horowitz traces the monkeys that had been brought to EUrope from Africa. Horowitz traces the monkeys to a Litton medical research laboratory in Africa.........

Horowitz speculates that fear of communism, black nationalism, and overpopulation (especially in neighboring Angola...) fueled these medical experiments. (Ebola also broke out in South Africa whose apartheid-era government was committed to overthrowing Angola.) Through the late 1970s, USAID vaccination teams immunized more than 20 million people in Central Africa. In 1978-79, several years before AIDS appeared in America, Horowitz claims that the New York City Blood Center introduced experimental hepatitis B vaccine in the gay male community which may have contained HIV or a monkey virus that mutated into HIV.

Dr. W. John Martin, director of the Center for Complex Infectious Diseases in Rosemead, Calif., and former director of the Viral Oncology Branch of the FDA's Bureau of Biologics, the governments principal agency in charge of vaccines, also suspects a contaminated vaccine of human origin gave rise to AIDS. "The mixing of vaccine viruses with others found in the cells and tissues used to develop the vaccine can potentially lead to the development of new recombinant mutants that are more adaptive and have wider host range than either of the original viruses," he explains.

Inspirational Heroes: Tamara St. John

For anyone who knows me, I research to the point of sheer exhaustion. Having cancer definitely woke me up and even though I went through "conventional treatment", waking up and doing this research will never have me go down that route again.

Today, I write about an inspirational heroine, Tamara St. John, who cured her cancer naturally and is an all-around wellness guru. Just a trip down her facebook page can educate one so much more than a trip to your doctor's office.

We need more people out there like her.

Of course, people are free to do what they will with information they receive from everywhere. If you don't feel comfortable with what your doctors are telling you, speak up. If you don't feel comfortable taking charge of your own health, don't.

As a counselor, I am not a diagnostician. All I can say is, take care of you. Educate yourselves!

Here, the incomparable Tamara St. John answers some of my questions that I thought would be beneficial to any health-nut enthusiast, cancer-killer, and curious peep.

Many thanks to Tamara! Love you, and keep it up! We all learn so much from you!

Q: What prompted you on the quest for all things health and wellness?

A:  When I found Cancer is what changed my life to begin healing my own Cancer since I was without money or insurance.

Q: Your other passions include..... hiking, ice skating, exploring.

Q: What inspires you?

A.    I inspire myself to keep going.  There is no one person that motivates me to keep going, it is all within and with God’s power.

Q. Has your research and knowledge changed your life?

A.   Yes, it brought me to the truth about how people can become their own doctors and heal themselves if they take the time to listen to their bodies, detoxify their bodies properly, and change their diet.

Q:  What would you say to someone who challenges the health and wellness lifestyle?

A.    Anyone who doesn’t believe that diet and detox makes a difference in health has not used the two correctly.  Many are so brainwashed by western medicine’s theory of drugs and surgery that they don’t bother to know the truth.

Q: How would you encourage a new-comer to a healthier, happier lifestyle?

A.    All I do is provide the knowledge for people to make their own decisions on health.  It usually takes an illness for someone to change their diet for the better.

Q: Where can we find some of your work?

A.   My book; “Defeat Cancer Now” details how I healed my Cancer naturally and which treatments I had chosen, as well as how to detoxify the body properly and change of diet.  The book can be found via my website at www.Tamarastjohn.com

Q: Are there any resources to begin a newbie on their own quest?

A.    I share daily tips on being healthy and healing the body naturally on my Alternative Health Solutions facebook page at www.facebook.com/alternativehealthsolutions1

random things i know!

(one of the random things i know-- these 2 cute pups like to be bad together!!)

i had to get these out of my head,
but there was so many
i couldn't categorize them!
(sorry! even if i've repeated them)

  • your immune system tries to attack the 5 a's...antacids, antibiotics, alcohol, advil, animal foods
  • anything white and refined causes candida and suppresses the immune system
  • melatonin is an anti-cancer substance for the entire body
  • genes don't cause disease, but changes in the environment do.
  • remission only occurs in 7% of patients, no evidence that that success rate results from the treatments offered.
  • temporary tumor shrinkage through chemo has never shown to cure cancer or extend life.
  • have a cough-- use licorice herb (i've done this, it's so helpful, yummy, and non-"medicine"
  • prednisone, cortisone and other steroids used to treat dozens of conditions including asthma, lupus and cancer frequently cause weight gain, because they boost the appetite and force the body to retain certain fluids. they CAUSE just as many disorders as they are used for including cancer, heart disease, depression, hostility and aggression and eating disorders and...RISK OF HIV!
  • tumors could disappear when toxins are eliminated

health mondays: what they don't tell us

  • all cancers are a form of lymphoma
  • cancer cells cannot form tissue
  • the tumor is not the cancer
  • cancer cells don't threatens patients lives unless it spreads
  • cancer cells reside in tumor tissue
  • tumor size has "nothing to do with curing cancer- it's like a check engine light is on after the problem develops"

  • "when our digestive system doesn't function correctly we're not able to reap the full benefits of the food we eat. Aside from digestion, our system must be able to eliminate toxins efficiently." if not, it could be problematic because exposed to toxic environment which produces inflammation and then creates toxic overload.

  • cleansing the colon helps bring the acid/alkaline ratio back into balance allowing friendly bacteria to thrive while inhibiting disease-causing organisms. almost 80% of our immune system resides in our gut, colon and intestines !
(if you haven't yet, start cleansing now! a cleanse, healthy eating, exercise and perhaps colonics is a surefire way to get your immune system back on track <3 )

outta my mind...

there are so many notebooks i've filled with a gaggle of information from medical, spiritual, new age, self help, and history book that it's hard to keep my mouth shut after having gone through hell with "the medical field".

for example-- being stuck home in the snow does not inspire me to sit on the couch and just watch movies all day (even though i do watch movies.) there is a lot of research that i've been doing, ironically even way before i was diagnosed with stage 2 hodgkin's lymphoma.

i've traveled to 25 or so countries. the picture above is me examining "clay baths" in Dominica. i've always been a health nut but i still have no idea what i want to do with my life! i am a certified school counselor, m.s. though.

so this is what i know that i've probably already stated.

get educated-- and sometimes you have to educate yourself.

i know that all of these are good for the lymph system:

  • acupuncture
  • massage
  • any  kind of moving, like dancing!
  • water, lots. stay very hydrated!
  • detox! any kind you can, even more than one at a time
  • yoga
  • meditation
  • deep breathing
  • clay baths
  • lymphatic drainage massage
  • chiropractic appointments
  • ear candling, too much wax in your ear slows down your lymph
  • plenty of veggies
  • plenty of fruits (both of these raw, especially melon and berries to keep the lymph moving)
  • rebounding!
  • oil pulling
  • loose clothes
  • castor oil packs
  • herbs
  • vitamin c! esp. in iv drips!
  • oxygen to the cells
  • frankincense oil on the feet and chest
  • so much more!
i'm always open to question, and i am thankful that i get to answer all of yours!

thanks for sticking around, i have so much more to share with you!
