beautiful bonaire

Entranced

I crash in your embrace
A thousand miles
Shake me still
not a trace

Fast as the wind
Where do I begin
What else can I lend
How now shall I bend

Hold me down for a moment
How fast can I run?
See, you were not just for fun
Tranced for one moment
Treasures trace I shall leave
As I wander in need
I'll always race to bleed
And it's you
who has won This vulnerable cry;
empty and twisted
Sees you clear - pure in the misted

Morning awaiting
As your fate turns it's head
Lost in love's mourning
I empty your bed
A shell walking dead

I Watch as you sleep
I'll dance as I creep
Disappearing retreat
Leaving sorrow from heat

And what of your luck?
I remain stuck

Better worlds await your eyes
Basked in bliss sunrise
Shouldn't be a surprise
Glimpsing these gypsy eyes

I'll await my next stop
Turning turns as tears drop
Till these eyes are dry
I hold myself to die

Damage fascinates
For what can you fix?
I'll blow out like the wind
Don't even know my own tricks

Lights glowed like candles
Music fades into dust
As you reach for the empty
Spare you I must

tuesday craftiness, part 2

...and happy Greek Independence day, to all my fellow Greeks out there <3

this painting was the second one i ever made, and it (obviously) represents love.
all the shades, lines, and colors
eventually all blend with love.

i etched a music note in the corner. i know it's not that visible.

i may recreate love again in the future ;)

love me,

notes from Yogi Cameron

There's a channel that's called Veria Living and it is my world! I LOVE it!

One of the coolest shows on there, and there are quite a few, stars Yogi Cameron-- who's taught me so much! It'd be great to meet him.

He once did a show with a wonderful woman who was concerned her leukemia would come back...a concern of all cancer patients is that this will come back.

I jotted down a few notes from this episode and thought I would share them here...so thankful for this information.

  • residue from chemotherapy needs to be released
  • ayurvedic belief- cancer is caused by emotions and feelings
  • fear brings on cancer
  • a steam tent will help your skin expel toxins because you will sweat everything out. sweating is super-good for you and that's why exercising is good for you too! move and sweat, baby.
  • stay in the moment!
  • juice radishes and turnips-- i have only done this a few times but i juice everyday!
  • stay worry free
  • tightrope walking helps
  • write down when you worry and what you worry about
  • ayurvedic herbs to try-- bhring raj,  and purnar vang--drink twice a day, it clears out your urinary tract!
for more on and about Yogi Cameron, find it here!

love and light to you all!
