"Almost 30 years ago, Maisin succeeded in controlling certain animal tumors with dihdoxymethyl peroxide. Motawei, in Cairo, reported significant results in animals and humans with hydrogen peroxide alone or combined with X-ray. Certain American workers, who have been working along the same lines with H2O2, have caused rapid destruction of tumors in periods as short as seven days.

To develop a far more effective cure it is essential that the catalase peroxide mechanism be exploited in order to determine the most efficient way of over-oxidizing the catalase-deficient cells. A perfect method of doing this is gong to be very difficult to produce because, in certain sites, e.g. the liver, where the catalase concentration of normal cells is high, it will be extremely unlikely that the cancer cells growing there can always be affected when so well buffered by the surrounding catalase.

"Louis Pasteur emphasized that it is far more important to prevent a disease than treat it....The direct treatment of such diseases by chemotherapeutic and antibiotic agents has not been, and never will be, responsible for their elimination....We have a terrible disease which is one of our worst killers; and to stop this we must prevent the tumor starting...it is the only sure way...

"The plan for prevention of cancer should be threefold.
"1, to increase our intake of catalase.
"Catalase, as well as many other enzymes, is destroyed by heat. Civilized man now lives primarily out of the can, the bottle and the package....The agents used to destroy the bacteria invariably destroy the catalase in the food...No other species of animals has such a diet. It would be to everyone's advantage if the consumption of fresh fruits and vegetables were to be markedly increased, thus ensuring a far greater intake of catalase and peroxidase. There are numerous references in the literature to the fact that garlic-eating people have an increased resistance to cancer. This is not surprising which one realizes that garlic is very rich in the catalytic systems containing catalase and peroxidase."
